… .env_example OpenAI retired o4-mini on 2026-10-23, so a Responses target configured from the template against api.openai.com returns a model-not-found error. Point the entry at gpt-5.6-terra. The Azure entries are deployment names and are left unchanged.

PLATFORM_OPENAI_RESPONSES_MODELin.env_exampleiso4-mini, which OpenAI retired on 2026-10-23, so a Responses target configured from the template against api.openai.com returns a model-not-found error (the value is read bypyrit/setup/initializers/targets.pyandtests/integration/targets/test_targets_and_secrets.py). Replace it withgpt-5.6-terra. The Azure entries are deployment names and are left unchanged.Tests and Documentation
