Make WeChat AHP discoverable alongside other projects using the Agent Host Protocol.
Adds its repository link to the README and implementations guide, describing how the VS Code extension lets users continue an existing local Agent Host conversation from WeChat and receive completed text replies. Documentation only; no source code or dependencies are imported.
