   The original feature request is asking to

   have it be in the pytest format: path/to/module.py::Class::function

   This isn't something we have on the vscode core side, so I think it would be a Python extension thing for the testing/item/gutter menu.

    verification steps:

    • create a file with a python test
    • go to the beaker icon on the side and setup testing for python
    • see the green play button appear after discovery works successfully
    • check for the "copy test id" button and that it looks good when you paste it (should be an ID made of the file and the test)
