Option to run pixi environment with --frozen or --as-is #25504
Pixi sometimes takes a while to do pixi shell or pixi run, especially with some issues in pixi unnecessarily invalidating the lockfile. To speed things up, it'd be great if we could have an option in the VSCode extension to choose either --frozen (which assumes the lockfile is up-to-date) or --as-is (which assumes that the lockfile is up to date and installed) in the VSCode extension.
Hi! Have you tried the python environments extension and the pixi extension made by the community? This would be the best place to try it and submit feature requests for all things pixi: https://github.com/renan-r-santos/pixi-code
