This code is a part of my M. Sc. thesis on "Discovering Type 1 Diabetes Patient Subgroups through Integrative Analysis of Heterogeneous Data" which developed at Bioinformatics Lab, Departments of Computer Science Memorial University from Sept.2015 to May 2018.
Input database and some functions are not published in this repository since this project was developed for a private database. Tools and languages used include: Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Big Data, R, Matlab, H2O package.
