Would you be open to a contribution to decouple the mcp module from Jackson Core?. Keep the module coupled to Jackson annotations but decouple from Jackson Core. Create an abstraction for ObjectMapper, and consumers of mcp could choose whether to use Jackson Databind or other serialization solutions.
