What
Adds the
just adr-checkrecipe from CI9, byte-identical to the other 26 repos, and runs it in thelintjob. The job did not usejust, so it gainsextractions/setup-just@v4; the rest is unchanged.Why
This template carries
docs/agents/(theADR-NNNNexample was reworded for exactly this check) but ran no citation check, so every repo generated from it started without one. With the recipe in the template, CI9 propagates to new repos.Verified
