Update LocalRecall from
d7c99211a3c7to88432ad54488, the merge of mudler/LocalRecall#58.The new revision includes PostgreSQL raw-vector storage and retrieval, its Go client, and the subsequent review fixes. LocalAI's existing text integration remains unchanged. This update does not expose raw-vector routes through LocalAI or add multimodal embedding support.
Only the LocalRecall requirement and its two checksum entries change. The latest release tag does not contain the merged API, so this uses Go's canonical pseudo-version

core/services/agentpooltests passed with-mod=readonly -count=1and default vet enabled. A private Go overlay supplied generated protobuf files matching the current proto source.git diff --checkpassed.The smoke used an existing inference provider binary, not a newly built current-master server. PostgreSQL exercised pgvector HNSW, not DiskANN. No full native build or whole-repository test suite was run locally; this is not multimodal embedding quality validation.
