Added the ability to write files to disk more reliably - #387
Add syncToDisk option, which asks OS to flush the file buffers to physical storage.
This PR is related to the discussion about the issue where .mscz files end up filled with null bytes.
It adds an optional syncToDisk parameter to FileSystem::writeFile, allowing the file contents to be explicitly flushed to disk using the _commit system call on Windows and fsync on Linux and macOS.
By default, syncToDisk is set to false, so this change does not alter the existing behavior by default.
The primary purpose of this parameter is to enable its use when writing .mscz files, especially the temporary .mscz_saving file to which MuseScore Studio initially writes the data.
I compiled and checked behavior and _commit/fsync system calls on Windows (using procmon) and macOS (using fs_usage).
Note: This is only the first step toward addressing and minimizing the issue of lost files.
MuseScore Studio uses a file-saving approach that involves copying files, which should be reviewed separately.

Each commit's message describes its purpose and effects, and references the issue it resolves. If changes are extensive, there is a sequence of easily reviewable commits.
The code compiles and runs on my machine, preferably after each commit individually. I have manually tested and verified that my changes fulfil their intended purpose.
No prior attempts to resolve this problem exist, or if they do, I listed them in my PR description and described how I avoided repeating past mistakes.
There are no unnecessary changes.

The IFileSystem and FileSystem writeFile declarations add an optional syncToDisk parameter that defaults to false. When enabled, FileSystem flushes the Qt file buffer and calls _commit on Windows or fsync on other platforms. A sync failure logs a warning and does not change the write result.
Priority: Normal
Merge Risk: High · up to 27db1
The new writeFile signature is not applied to the in-memory file system implementation, which will break the build until it is updated. The macOS sync path may also not give the full on-disk durability the change is aiming for. Fix the override mismatch before merging.

Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description covers the core purpose: it adds an optional syncToDisk flag to FileSystem::writeFile, defaults it to false, and explains the platform calls (_commit on Windows, fsync on Linux and macOS). It links the related issue, gives the motivation (.mscz null-byte corruption, mainly the .mscz_saving temp file), and reports manual verification with procmon and fs_usage. The template checklist is filled in, and AI tool use is disclosed. Gaps: the 'Resolves:' line still holds the placeholder #NNNNN, so no issue is linked there, and the description names only Github Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini without stating which parts they helped with. The unit test/vtest box is unchecked, which is allowed for applicable-only items but the description does not explain why no test was added. The build configuration block is left at its defaults, which is acceptable.

Update the MemFileSystem override.
IFileSystem::writeFile now has a third parameter, but MemFileSystem still declares and defines a two-parameter override. The declaration causes a compile error in targets that compile this class.

Use a stronger sync operation on macOS.
On macOS, fsync can leave file data in a volatile drive cache. Therefore, this branch does not meet the PR’s stated physical-storage goal during power loss. Use F_FULLFSYNC where supported, and define how an unsupported or failed request is reported. Based on learnings, macOS power-loss durability requires more than fsync alone. (developer.apple.com)
