Added custom minimum USDT trade size threshold setting for trade completion notifications on both Dashboard.cshtml and Settings.cshtml. User options are saved in localStorage and real-time alerts filter incoming completed trades accordingly. Updated agent_tasks.json status and replenished todo tasks pool.
