Cycle 24 Improvements: Anxiety CBT Exercise, Panic Micro-course & Community Karma Rewards

Implemented Cycle 24 improvements:

• Added interactive CBT exercise 'anxiety_management' ('Преодоление тревоги и паники') to AICoachService.ts triggered by anxiety and panic keywords.
• Created micro-course 'anxiety_and_panic_control' in microCoursesDatabase.ts and added 5 specialized articles (IDs 103-107) on panic attack neurobiology and somatic grounding in articlesDatabase.ts.
• Added sendSupportSticker (+15 Karma) and sendBuddyAppreciation (+10 Karma) methods to CommunityService.ts.
• Created unit test suite tests/Cycle24Features.test.ts (all 55 tests passing).
• Bumped app version to 1.24.0 in package.json and app.json, updated TASKS.md and .jules/bolt.md.
