• Added interactive CBT exercise 'anxiety_management' (Преодоление тревоги и паники) in AICoachService triggered on anxiety/panic keywords.
• Added new micro-course 'anxiety_and_panic_control' (Управление тревогой и паникой) with 3 lessons in microCoursesDatabase.ts.
• Added 5 specialized articles (IDs 103-107) on panic attack neurobiology, hyperventilation, and somatic grounding in articlesDatabase.ts.
• Added sendPanicSupportPulse in CommunityService awarding +15 Karma points for emergency buddy alerts.
• Bumped app version to v1.24.0 in package.json and app.json, updated TASKS.md and .jules/bolt.md.
• Added unit tests in Cycle24Features.test.ts with 100% pass rate across all 13 test suites.
