Внедрен функционал курации паники и тревожности (Цикл 24):

1. Новое интерактивное пошаговое CBT-упражнение "Преодоление тревоги и паники" (anxiety_management) с автовызовом при обнаружении триггеров тревоги в ИИ-Коуче.
2. Реализована функция "Экстренный импульс помощи при панике" (sendPanicSupportPulse) с информированием трезвого напарника и начислением +15 очков Кармы.
3. Добавлен 3-урочный микро-курс "Управление тревогой и паникой" (anxiety_and_panic_control).
4. База Знаний пополнена 5 научными статьями (ID 103–107) о релаксации блуждающего нерва, амигдале и соматическом заземлении.
5. Написаны модульные тесты Cycle24Features.test.ts (100% прохождение всех 55 тестов).
6. Версии приложения обновлены до v1.24.0 (package.json, app.json, TASKS.md, RELEASE_NOTES_v1.24.0.md).
