• Added 3-lesson micro-course 'anxiety_and_panic_control' and 5 specialized articles (IDs 103-107) on panic attack neurobiology and somatic grounding.
• Enhanced community features with sendPanicSupportPulse (emergency SOS panic alerts), sendBuddyAppreciation, and support stickers awarding Karma points.
• Added 5-step CBT grounding exercise 'anxiety_management' in AICoachService triggered on anxiety/panic keywords.
• Refined tab bar layout styling in _layout.tsx to prevent text clipping.
• Added Cycle 24 unit test suite (tests/Cycle24Features.test.ts) - 57/57 tests passing.
• Bumped app version to 1.24.0 in package.json, package-lock.json, and app.json.
