Implemented customizable pet size setting (50–250 px) in ConfigManager, SettingsDialog, and PetWindow. Applied dynamic scaling to petting radius in InputManager and procedural animation offsets in AnimationManager. Added unit tests in tests/test_utils.py.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9428567539885495132 started by @mx57

Adds 'pet_size' configuration (50-250px) to ConfigManager, SettingsDialog,
and PetWindow. Dynamically scales petting interaction radius in InputManager
and procedural animation offsets (jump height, eating offsets) in
AnimationManager relative to pet size.
