Fix laser pointer tray menu checkmark state desynchronization - #66

Add laser_mode_changed signal to InputManager and connect it to TrayMenu.laser_action.setChecked to keep the tray menu checkmark in sync when laser mode changes. Add unit tests verifying the signal emission and UI action state synchronization.

Fixed a state desynchronization bug where toggling laser pointer mode did not update the checkmark state of the "Laser pointer" action in the tray menu. Added PySide6 signal
