Fix tray menu laser action check state synchronization

Исправлена проблема рассинхронизации состояния галочки пункта меню «Лазерная указка» в системном трее (TrayMenu). Реализован сигнал laser_mode_changed в InputManager, поддерживающий автоматическую реакцию элементов интерфейса на смену режима мини-игры. Написаны соответствущие unit-тесты.
