Steps to reproduce

After entering my credentials, I select 2FA validation, notifying an application already connected to my Nextcloud account.

Expected behaviour

Redirect dashboard account

Actual behaviour

I click on the notification on my phone to approve the connection, but it crashes.

    Same here.

    Fortunatelly "2FA" (by Nextcloud App notification) is displaying "Accept" and "Reject" buttons directly inside notification popup, or I would be kicked-out completely from my NextCloud instance...

    I can't open notifications either, but I get a different stack dump.
