This commit changes "Appeal commentaries" to "Appeal comments", and "Deprecate Apps" to "Deprecate apps". The new strings are already used elsewhere in the code, effectively removing the need to translate the old strings. Signed-off-by: Edward Ly <contact@edward.ly>
