Bumps the version to 0.1.5 in appinfo/info.xml, package.json, package-lock.json and the Makefile for the final release. The ## 0.1.5 changelog section is already complete (#455).

Changes since v0.1.5-beta.3:

• development files are left out of the app package ([stable-0.1] build(appstore): exclude development files from the app package #453)

No runtime code changed since beta.3. A package built from the stable branch head (76a0970) with npm ci, npm run build and make appstore is byte-identical to the published beta.3 package in every runtime file (appinfo/, lib/, templates/, js/, l10n/, vendor/, img/). It only drops .github/, .tx/, .l10nignore, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, eslint.config.js and vitest.config.ts, and has the updated CHANGELOG.md.
