In the account administration panel, the IMAP and SMTP password fields are optional. If left empty, the old saved passwords are just kept in place.
To be noted that, on backend,
SetupService::createNewAccount()already accepts and handlesnullIMAP and SMTP passwords, so no specific changes are required.Fixes #2600
