fix(widget): avoid clipped text in single note widget

3 issues in the single-note widget:

• The widget visually cuts text off on top and bottom before the widget edge
• Multiple empty lines in a note are shown as one in the widget → upstream at Fix line breaks in widget stefan-niedermann/nextcloud-commons#437
• Lists (groups of lines starting with - ) always render an empty line above them in the widget → upstream at Fix line breaks in widget stefan-niedermann/nextcloud-commons#437
