The generated uvwasi.pc did not link against uvwasi itself, passed the full path of libuv to
-l, and leaked uvwasi's private build flags to consumers as a semicolon-separated CMake list.Since
uvwasi.hincludesuv.h, declare libuv as a public dependency via Requires, which provides both its include path and its library.
