Add PinkCollab, an Android AI coding agent client, to Development

Addition

Add PinkCollab under Development, alphabetically between OpenCode Mobile and TermuC. I’m the author.

PinkCollab is an unofficial native Android client for the Oh My Pi (OMP) AI coding agent. It starts and continues coding sessions on the user’s own host through a self-hosted gateway and QR pairing. Existing conversations must be closed in the host OMP instance before continuing them from the phone.
