Update #83's pin to include the one-line Meson test registration fix.
The missing entry prevented Meson and documentation builds from configuring.
The registration check fails before the fix and passes after it.
Only the source pin changes. Release workflow contents, topic order,
source boundaries, and the preview plan remain unchanged.
