ℹ️ About Codex security reviews in GitHub
This is an experimental Codex feature. Security reviews are triggered when:
- You comment "@codex security review"
- A regular code review gets triggered (for example, "@codex review" or when a PR is opened), and you’re opted in so security review runs alongside code review
Once complete, Codex will leave suggestions, or a comment if no findings are found.

Reviewed ff7146992740 against 718aee979a9c across all 77 changed files. The Live item and question types match the expanded schema, and the existing runtime helpers are preserved. One compatibility issue remains: both input-part modules remove PromptCacheBreakpoint from __all__. Existing wildcard imports then lose that name. Please restore both explicit exports, as noted inline.
Source-only review; I did not run candidate code or tests. All 42 exact-head hosted checks passed or were skipped, including the Python test jobs, build, lint, and custom-code checks.

Reviewed 8d4e08cd23e796a2dee564eef221112f03c96ed5. Both Decision input modules again export PromptCacheBreakpoint, fixing my prior finding. I reviewed all 77 changed files, reusing verified unchanged source from the earlier review and checking every new difference. No remaining actionable findings.
I also checked the new _make_tools comment. The README treats undocumented underscore-prefixed names as private; the removed wrapper alone does not establish a supported API regression.
Source-only review; I did not run code or tests. Hosted checks on this head passed, including lint, build, Python 3.10/3.14, HTTPX2, and the Castiron checks.
Summary
Support more message, tool call, and question input types in Live Decisions.
