Dashboard configuration cards previously required clicking the small Edit button. Make the card body a native link to its editor, with a visible keyboard focus outline, while keeping the copy button and action menu independent.

Validation:

• npm run lint: no errors; existing warnings remain.
• npm run check: no errors; 4 existing warnings.
• Vitest: 103 happy-dom tests and 186 Workers tests passed.
• npm run build and git diff --check passed.
• Local Chrome: verified edit-link hit areas across the card, independent copy/menu/edit actions, and keyboard focus. The local unauthenticated navigation reaches the sign-in gate; authenticated editor loading was not verified.
