Remove the remaining @claude-triggered GitHub Actions workflow. Automatic Claude PR review was removed in #39.

Remove the workflow that automatically invokes Claude review when pull requests are opened or updated. The workflow has also been disabled in GitHub Actions to stop new automatic runs immediately.
Validation:
git diff --checkpassed; no stale automatic-review workflow references remain; both required checks still map to workflow jobs.npm run validateand the pre-push gate passed (115 unit/architecture tests, 201 Workers/D1 tests, type checks, lint with 0 errors, and production build). Live branch protection requires onlycheckandvalidate-commits.
