• Raise SessionLostError when the WebSocket drops mid-episode #1536 Raise SessionLostError (new public exception, exported from openenv.core) when the WebSocket drops mid-episode instead of silently reconnecting to an unreset environment. New public API plus behavior change, so the proposed bump is minor (0.12.0) rather than patch (0.11.1).

• Candidate head: ff68fd16 (merge of main f6c00434 into the release branch). Diff vs main is the three version lines only (pyproject.toml, envs/grid_world_env/uv.lock, tests/validation_runtime/uv.lock, 0.11.1.dev0 -> 0.12.0). Main moved only in examples/wordle/* and tests/scripts/test_wordle_training.py (#1537); nothing in the wheel.
• CI on exact head: 14/14 green, merge state CLEAN.
• Local: uv build + twine check pass; clean-venv wheel install imports openenv and openenv.core.SessionLostError, CLI runs; real Echo env reset/step over WebSocket passes.
• TestPyPI 0.12.0.dev261 (run 41783019625, scratch branch testpypi/0.12.0): wheel is byte-identical to the local build (203 non-metadata members).
