docs: point playground links at the new 3.9 playground workspace - #470

The playground moved to a new cluster running OpenSearch 3.9, which has a new Dashboards workspace and logs index-pattern. Description
The playground (
observability.playground.opensearch.org) now runs on a new cluster with OpenSearch/OSD 3.9. That cluster has a new Dashboards workspace and a newlogs-otel-v1*index pattern, so the current "Try in playground" links (workspaceJvWKe1) no longer resolve.This updates the central config in
docs/starlight-docs/src/config/playground.ts, which everyPlaygroundLinkreads at build time:workspaceId:JvWKe1→y_3kuzdatasetId:85c9f700-905d-11f1-8e13-1fc52a695474→9c48cc00-bc53-11f1-8b92-0991695004bdTesting
