• Title updates (3 modules):
  • modules/coo-versus-default-ocp-monitoring.adoc: "Compare COO with the default monitoring stack" → "Assess data collection and retention capabilities"
  • modules/coo-perses-dashboards-rbac.adoc: "Understanding RBAC for Perses dashboards" → "Understand RBAC for Perses dashboards"
  • modules/coo-perses-dashboards-rbac-configure.adoc: H2 sections updated to imperative form ("Granting..." → "Grant...", "Revoking..." → "Revoke...")
• New assembly: secure/secure-observability-access.adoc with all 3 modules included
• New directory: secure/ with symlinks + docinfo.xml
• Topicmap: Added Secure section between Install and UI plugins
• Include comments: Updated in about/cluster-observability-operator-overview.adoc and ui_plugins/perses-dashboard.adoc
• Module headers: Added new assembly path to "included in" comments

Note: The CSV lists 2 content gaps ("Map observability capabilities to compliance requirements" parent topic and "Document compliance controls and evidence") — these have no existing source files and were
skipped.
