Zenodo record: the openwashdata community

What this is about

The package has a Zenodo deposit (concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.10878634, current version v0.0.1, published 2024-03-26), and since the pkgreview mechanical pass the citation files carry that concept DOI (they used to carry the version DOI of v0.0.0.9000). Some fields on the Zenodo record itself still need editing in the web UI, because Zenodo's GitHub integration does not read them from the repository (it maps abstract, authors, keywords, license, title and message only; see openwashdata/washr#56):

• Resource type: already Dataset on v0.0.1, nothing to change (the first version, v0.0.0.9000, is typed Software; it is superseded)
• Communities: none at the moment; add the openwashdata community
• Creators: the record lists the same seven people as DESCRIPTION, nothing to change
• Creator affiliation: empty for all creators; optionally set it to the organisation of each person

The edits apply to the current version of the record; a later release creates a new version that inherits them.

• Title on the record matches the shorter DESCRIPTION title (Water point functionality in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia)
• Keywords on the record match X-schema.org-keywords in DESCRIPTION
• The record's related identifier points at the pkgdown site (https://openwashdata.github.io/rwpfunctionality/)
