docs-ui: going out of maintenance #5143

owncloud/docs-ui is being archived and will no longer be maintained. Please update the documentation to remove or deprecate its references, and decide how the site's UI bundle is sourced going forward.

Unlike the app-repo archivals, this one is build-affecting: owncloud/docs consumes docs-ui as its Antora UI bundle. Archiving a repo keeps its release assets downloadable, so the build will not break — but the theme becomes frozen and can no longer receive fixes.

Suggested follow-ups:

1. Pin site.yml to an immutable release/tag rather than the mutable latest alias, or vendor the bundle, so the site stops depending on a read-only repo's floating release.
2. Remove or rewrite docs/test-ui-bundle.md and the docs-ui prose in docs/antora-site-structure.md / docs/extensions.md — contributors can no longer open PRs against docs-ui.
3. Check the sibling content repos (docs-server, docs-main, docs-ocis, docs-webui, docs-client-*) for their own docs-ui references.
