Deferring. A bare eslint 9→10 bump breaks npm run lint here (verified): (1) eslint 10 dropped the bundled @eslint/js from its dependencies, so the flat config's require('@eslint/js') (a phantom dep under eslint 9) now fails — it must be added as an explicit devDependency (and it's now decoupled-versioned: latest is 10.0.1, not 10.7.0); (2) @babel/eslint-parser@7.x peer-caps at eslint ^9 (ERESOLVE) — needs 8.x, which pulls @babel/core 8; (3) eslint-plugin-react@7.37.5 peer-caps at eslint ^9.7. This needs a coordinated eslint-10 migration PR, not a bare Dependabot bump.

Cannot merge: eslint@10 is not supported yet by eslint-plugin-react (latest 7.37.5 has peer eslint ^3 || ^4 || ^5 || ^6 || ^7 || ^8 || ^9.7) or by @babel/eslint-parser 7.x (latest 7.29.9 has peer eslint ^7.5.0 || ^8.0.0 || ^9.0.0). npm ci therefore fails with ERESOLVE in every CI job on this PR. @babel/eslint-parser 8.x supports eslint@10, but it requires @babel/core@8, and Babel 8 requires Node ^22.18.0 || >=24.11.0, while engines.node specifies >=20.19.0 <21.0.0 || >=22.12.0 <23.0.0 || >=24.1.0 <25.0.0 (see #3414). Converting to draft until the ecosystem supports eslint 10.
