Describe the problem

1. Wizard Progress after submission example fails as there is no useEffect imported correctly
2. Similar issue on deprecated Wizard https://www.patternfly.org/components/wizard/react-deprecated/#finished, layout is not imported

How do you reproduce the problem?
Navigate to https://www.patternfly.org/components/wizard/#progress-after-submission and click Next, Next and Finish. Observe an error

Expected behavior
No error happens and progress step is shown
