Bug - Table - editable table example looks misaligned #12618

The buttons are causing the cells to be misaligned. The Td for the buttons need either isActionCell for a single/main action, or hasAction for regular actions.

Also the mobile presentation is weird. One of the inline edit classes on the table Td sets display: inline-block and that's breaking display: grid on mobile. It's better if the inline edit classes go on children within the Td, otherwise they'll conflict with the Td's styles. In the screenshots, the cell buttons should be in the 2nd/right grid column but they aren't because of conflicts with the inline edit classes.
