Bug - [Expandable Docked Nav] - Persistent Inline navigation #12647
Description
When the docked nav is opened inline (from the hamburger), the navigation should persist even when a nav link or subnav link is clicked. The current behavior is that it closes.
In contrast, when the docked nav is opened as an overlay, that quick close is the intended behavior.
