feat(flowlord): Add cross-date ID history - #271

* This makes alert linking and reran tasks easier to search and view the full history
* Index task_records by id and created; link alerts and reruns by id only

Changes task query semantics when an ID filter is present and runs a schema v4 index migration on existing SQLite caches at startup.
Overview
Adds cross-date task history when the task page is opened with an
idfilter:/web/task?id=…no longer ties results to a single calendar day, so reruns and retries across retention show up in one list.Backend:
GetTasksaccepts an optional date pointer—nildrops theDATE(created)constraint while other filters still apply. Schema v4 addsidx_task_records_id_createdwith a migration for lookup performance.UI: History mode (any ID in the filter) switches the page to “Task History” / “All dates”, hides the hourly chart and day recap stats, and pagination links omit
date. Alerts, backload preview, and rerun redirects now link with?id=only instead of guessing a date from task time.Tests cover id-only SQL WHERE clauses, multi-day
