Use the existing Lennard-Jones atom cluster in the documentation header and browser icon, with the pele name visibly beside it throughout the site. Resolve C++ enum-value references to their generated owning enum pages, including incremental builds.
Prepare release 0.1.2 by keeping Python, Meson, and Conda versions identical. The fresh version avoids reusing the distribution filenames PyPI rejected for 0.1.1. No image asset, numerical algorithm, or test tolerance changes.
Validation: fresh and incremental strict Sphinx builds, all local API/link checks across 1,908 HTML pages, and all 26 existing documentation checks passed. Final-head documentation CI and all six Linux/macOS test jobs passed. All twelve repaired 0.1.2 wheels passed on the release baseline; the exact merged release commit will be validated again before tagging and publication. The live logo/name were verified in Chrome before merging. No new tests were added.
