install: resolve dependencies from every enabled repository - #40
Conversation
`pkg install -r <repo>` confines the package and its RUN_DEPENDS to that one repository, so a fresh box failed with "Missing dependency": lighttpd and the other dependencies live in Netgate's pfSense repository (pfBlockerNG/pfBlockerNG#3484). Steps 9c and 9d now install without -r. The repository's priority (100) picks the pfBlockerNG build, the dependencies resolve from every enabled repository, and the existing step-10 check (`pkg query %R`) still exits 6 when another repository outranks ours. The failure messages name the command that now runs. The fake pkg in tests/test_channel_install.py now models repository-scoped resolution (per-catalogue priority, per-package dependencies, `-r` confining dependencies too). The tests assert the installed name, version and repository and the dependency, not argv alone.

before applying repository priority, so a higher-priority repository cannot
override a newer package. Adjust

equal or newer foreign package version, ensuring it still tests the repository

The published
