Summary

Accept raw format fences with no space before =html, as djot.js does. The parser now allows zero or more spaces before =.

Adds regression coverage at the document root and inside a list item.

Checks

• PHPUnit: 4,628 tests, 31,220 assertions passed
• PHP_CodeSniffer: passed on changed files
• PHPStan: no errors
