Summary

Keep a standalone attribute line inside a plain list paragraph's open code span. The list parser tracks backtick delimiters in that paragraph while skipping links, autolinks, and inline attributes.

Adds regressions for the reported input and attributes after fenced blocks, divs, headings, quotes, and inline constructs.

Checks

• PHPUnit: 4,640 tests, 31,241 assertions passed
• PHP_CodeSniffer: passed on changed files
• PHPStan: no errors
