原文の php/doc-en#5908（php/doc-en@01175bf）で、PHP 8.6 で追加される
mysqli::quote_string()のページが新設され、mysqli::real_escape_string()のページに、結果をクォートで囲まないことと、NO_BACKSLASH_ESCAPESSQL モードでは値をダブルクォートで囲むと SQL インジェクションにつながるおそれがあることの警告が加わったので、これに追従しました。これで mysqli モジュールの未訳・要更新はなくなります。対象ファイル
