Add an io.pilot.duckdb card to the App Store page (and its plain-text twin), mirroring the PostgreSQL card: DuckDB 1.5.4, database category, 11 methods, MIT, install via pilotctl appstore install io.pilot.duckdb. Adds the DuckDB logo to /brand/apps/.

- Drop the version from the DuckDB and PostgreSQL card names (DuckDB, PostgreSQL 17); versions stay in the footer badges. - Make every card's bottom link read "View source →" for consistency. - Swap the DuckDB logo to the duck mark so it's visible on dark mode.
