the checklist and the verbatim tick prompt both read the installed plugin. the trunk alternative is gone.

1. minimum changes: 3 lines, exactly the smallest fix from #39. drops the or trunk alternative and the git show origin/main fallback, and points the verbatim tick prompt at the installed playbook. the /schedule tick and ~/.gemini paths are pre-existing agy adaptations, untouched.
2. layout and target: no new files, no cursor paths.
3. parity: rest of the playbook unchanged vs upstream.
4. harness proof: text-only skill change; Validate plugin green on head 4f00b86 (agy plugin validate + agy plugin install + agy plugin list --json skill/agent match).
5. linkage: Closes #39.
6. not a draft.
