validate runs every day on main, and still on workflow_dispatch.

head 47fa0c108be0ee5c55d7b40f43b4385366bc40dc

yaml parses. on is push, pull_request, schedule (0 0 * * *), and workflow_dispatch.

harness on that sha. installed copy is only pstack, 61 skills, including deslop, control-cli, and control-ui. git rev-parse HEAD matches.
