restore the upstream ketchup visual sentences. drop only the /visualize phrases and keep mermaid for structure and numbers.

• minimum changes: line 37 is upstream e73df47 verbatim minus "a chart or diagram from /visualize"; line 43 drops only the /visualize chart and keeps mermaid for numbers, as #32's smallest fix asks. no <json-render> left. good.
• layout/parity: one file, no version or path drift.
• linkage: Closes #32. good.
• proof: Validate plugin fails on 1074bc7. it also fails on main b5741f0 in every run since 2026-10-24 02:29Z, so this looks like a pre-existing ci break (droid cli install/validate step), not this diff. either fix ci in its own pr, or post real droid proof on this exact head: droid plugin marketplace add + droid plugin install pstack@droid-pstack + droid plugin list, plus the installed skills/ketchup/SKILL.md showing the mermaid lines.
