pass. exact revert of #44 (blob 16398e4 restored), ci-only, no plugin content touched. validate plugin is green on 1854ead with the unpinned cli (installer resolves 0.251.0), and the droid step ran marketplace add + plugin install + list + installed-copy check, so the 0.249 marketplace-add bug is gone. no issue to link. merging.

revert #44 so ci installs the latest droid again. 0.251.0 fixes marketplace add.
