Puts of the **poteto-mode** skill back after Subagents section on the eleven skill lines that dropped it. Playbooks are unchanged. Reasoning effort and grok model names on those lines stay.

• minimum changes: exactly the smallest fix from #30, of the **poteto-mode** skill restored on the eleven named lines; reasoning effort and grok model names untouched, playbooks untouched.
• layout/target: no cursor paths or files.
• parity: matches upstream e73df47 wording.
• harness proof: Validate plugin green on c23dc5a, which runs grok plugin validate, grok plugin install . --trust, grok plugin list --json, and grok inspect --json with the skill/agent match.
• linkage: Closes #30. not a draft.

Rest of CI, on this head: frontmatter check Validated 61 skills, 2 agents, and 23 playbooks. bash -n on skills/poteto-mode/scripts/worktree-audit.sh and skills/show-me-your-work/scripts/log.sh passed. bun install --frozen-lockfile, bun run typecheck, and bun run test passed (82 pass, 0 fail).
