Update from Copier (2026-10-11T11-28-04Z)

[python-templates-copier-update]

Apply the latest Copier template changes: enable type checking in make checks, lint documentation sources, preserve Markdown frontmatter, correct the integration-test coverage glob, and update workflow concurrency. Remove trailing whitespace from generated Makefile recipes.

Describe navigation links and sidebar tabs with TypedDict so string fields and boolean flags remain distinct. Assert CSS context values are strings before testing their contents.

Verified make lint checks coverage on macOS with Python 3.11: 45 tests passed, including Sphinx theme builds.
